Play Expo Visitor Rules
For the smooth operation of this exhibition and the safety of all visitors, please comply with the following rules and cooperate so that you can enjoy the exhibition while being considerate of each other. The party involved in the act may be held responsible for any problems that arise from noncompliance with the rules.

1. Visitor Compliance Rules
- All visitors must maintain order within the exhibition hall and refrain from acts that cause inconvenience or danger to others.
- Excessive noise, damage to property, violent acts, and unauthorized occupation are prohibited within the exhibition hall.
- Illegal parking and stacking of items near emergency exits and main routes are strictly prohibited.

2. Responsibility in case of accidents and damages
- Responsibility for accidents, disputes, damages, etc. occurring during this exhibition must be resolved through consultation between the relevant parties.
- In case of physical or material damage to others, the perpetrator shall bear civil and criminal liability for this.
- The organizer (the secretariat) shall not be directly responsible for disputes and accidents occurring between visitors, and may cooperate with the police or legal procedures when necessary.
- The secretariat shall faithfully operate security/security personnel to ensure safety within the event venue, and in case of accidents and damages caused by causes other than the negligence of visitors, the secretariat may cooperate with compensation processing within the scope covered by the event organizer liability insurance policy to which the secretariat is subscribed.
- Accidents and injuries occurring within the exhibition venue must be reported immediately to the secretariat or the exhibition hall security officer, and the secretariat may provide support for emergency measures, but shall not be legally responsible.
- The secretariat shall deploy security personnel, dispatch ambulances, etc. We strive to manage the safety of visitors, but we are not responsible for any damages, medical expenses, legal issues, etc. that may arise from accidents between visitors. These must be resolved through consultation between the parties involved.

3. Safety and Security Regulations
- Smoking is prohibited in the exhibition hall, and bringing in firearms and hazardous materials is prohibited.
- To prevent safety accidents, you must follow all instructions and signs installed in the exhibition hall.
- The secretariat is not responsible for any loss or theft that occurs during the event. However, lost items reported during the event will be temporarily stored, and may be disposed of in bulk after the event ends.

4. Other Notes
- Staying in the exhibition hall outside of exhibition operating hours is prohibited.
- Unauthorized photography and acts that infringe copyright are prohibited, and prior consent from the exhibitor must be obtained if necessary.
- If these regulations are violated and cause damage to others or cause disruption to the exhibition operation, the secretariat may restrict the entry of the relevant visitor or force them to leave.

1. I acknowledge that all structures in the exhibition hall are temporary facilities and will not lean on or impact products, etc.
2. When experiencing booths and participating in events, I will follow the instructions of the staff and watch safely while being careful of safety accidents.
3. When watching stage programs (e-sports competitions, lectures, etc.), I will enter and exit while paying attention to order.
4. Running around or making violent movements inside the event hall that may endanger the safety of other visitors is prohibited.
5. I will consume food and beverages only in designated areas (food trucks, cafeterias) and dispose of trash in designated areas.
6. I acknowledge that if the exhibition hall is crowded with many visitors, entry may be temporarily suspended and in this case, I will wait in the designated waiting area according to the instructions of the operating staff.

The visitors are fully responsible for any accidents that occur due to failure to comply with the above safety rules, and the organizer is not responsible for such.
Photography Rules
Agreement to photography rules
Play Expo does not have separate photographer registration, and the following rules apply to all photography activities. If you do not comply with the following regulations, you may be prohibited from filming or asked to leave the exhibition hall at the discretion of the secretariat.

1. No filming that interferes with the passage of the event hall
2. No filming without the consent of other visitors
(When uploading content reviewing the event hall through photos and videos, it is essential to protect portrait rights by mosaicing or blurring)
3. No filming of the entire event hall without the secretariat's approval
4. No live broadcasting of videos on YouTube or other platforms within the event hall without the secretariat's approval
5. No requests for long-term filming (over 5 minutes) or recommendations to move locations without the cosplayer's consent
6. No continuous filming requests for cosplayers who are resting/needing to rest/have refused filming
7. No filming at a position lower than the subject's waist
8. No unpleasant words or actions or physical contact

- Use of installed lighting: Completely prohibited (immediately removed upon detection)
- No use of installed lighting + long-term space occupied by the waiting line for filming: Immediately removed upon confusion with the waiting line for admission
- No use of installed lighting + simple temporary filming: permitted

For safety reasons within the event venue, lighting installed separately such as tripods, stands, and portable LEDs is prohibited.
However, use of flash mounted on cameras is permitted, but please use it in a way that does not cause inconvenience to passing visitors.

※ If a photographer with impure intentions is caught or reported, the staff may request to check the photo gallery and, if necessary, may conduct additional checks and follow-up measures with the resident police.

Personal Information Processing Policy
In accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act, ‘PlayX4’ has established the following processing policy to protect users’ personal information and rights and to smoothly process users’ complaints related to personal information. If the personal information processing policy is revised, it will be announced through a website notice.
This policy will be effective from January 1, 2025.
KINTEX (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) establishes and discloses the following personal information processing guidelines in order to protect the personal information of information subjects and to promptly and smoothly process complaints related to this in accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act.

Article 1 (Purpose of Personal Information Processing)
The Company processes personal information for the following purposes. The personal information being processed will not be used for purposes other than the following, and if the purpose of use changes, we will take necessary measures, such as obtaining separate consent in accordance with Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act.
1. Website membership registration and management
Personal information is processed for the following purposes: confirmation of intent to register as a member, identification and authentication of the individual in accordance with the provision of membership services, maintenance and management of membership qualifications, identity verification in accordance with the implementation of the limited identity verification system, prevention of unauthorized use of services, confirmation of consent of legal representatives when processing personal information of children under the age of 14, various notifications and notices, and complaint handling.
2. Provision of goods or services
Personal information is processed for the purposes of providing exhibition/convention services (participation in booths, entry into exhibitions, etc.), providing content, providing customized services, identity verification, age verification, payment and settlement of expenses, etc.
3. Complaint handling
Personal information is processed for the purposes of confirming the identity of the complainant, confirming the complaint, contacting and notifying for fact-finding, and notifying the results of processing.
4. Exhibition satisfaction survey
Exhibition satisfaction, We process personal information for the purpose of investigating complaints, etc.
5. Use in marketing and advertising
We process personal information for the purpose of providing new and customized services, providing event and advertising information and participation opportunities, providing services and advertising according to demographic characteristics, etc. In addition, we may contact the information subject using the personal information for the purpose of promoting or soliciting sales of goods or services.
6. Personal information collection items and status

Article 2 (Processing and retention period of personal information)
1. The company processes and retains personal information within the retention and use period of personal information stipulated by law or the retention and use period of personal information agreed upon by the information subject when collecting personal information.
2. The processing and retention period of each personal information is as follows.

Article 3 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
1. The company processes the personal information of the information subject only within the scope specified in Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information), and may provide personal information to third parties in cases corresponding to Article 17 of the Personal Information Protection Act, such as consent of the information subject or special provisions of the law.
2. The company may provide personal information to third parties as follows.

• Purpose of use of personal information by the recipient: Complaint handling, exhibition satisfaction survey, performance inspection, etc.
• Personal information items provided: Login ID, name, gender, mobile phone number, category (general/business), email, residence, age group, date of birth, affiliation (company name), phone, survey
• Retention and use period: 3 years

Article 4 (Entrustment of Personal Information Processing)
1. In order to smoothly process personal information, the company entrusts personal information processing as follows.

- Contents of entrusted work: Website management, maintenance
- Entrustment period: Upon termination of the entrustment contract

- Entrustment period: Upon termination of the entrustment contract

2. Upon entering into the entrustment contract, the company shall, in accordance with Article 26 of the Personal Information Protection Act, entrust personal information other than the purpose of performing the entrusted work. We specify in documents such as contracts matters related to prohibition of processing, technical and administrative protection measures, restrictions on re-entrustment, management and supervision of the trustee, compensation for damages, etc., and supervise whether the trustee safely processes personal information.
3. In the event that the content of the entrusted work or the trustee changes, we will disclose it without delay through this personal information processing policy.

Article 5 (Rights, Obligations, and Exercise Methods of Data Subjects)
1. Data subjects may exercise the following personal information protection rights against the company at any time.
- Request to view personal information
- Request for correction in case of errors, etc.
- Request for deletion
2. The rights under Paragraph 1 may be exercised against the company in writing, by phone, by e-mail, etc., and the company will take action without delay.
3. If the data subject requests correction or deletion of personal information due to errors, etc., the company will not use or provide the personal information until the correction or deletion is completed.
4. The rights under Paragraph 1 may be exercised through an agent, such as the data subject's legal representative or authorized person. In this case, you must submit a power of attorney in the format of Appendix 11 of the Enforcement Regulations of the Personal Information Protection Act.
5. The information subject must not infringe upon the personal information or privacy of the information subject or others that the company is processing in violation of the Personal Information Protection Act or other related laws.

Article 7 (Destruction of Personal Information)
1. When personal information becomes unnecessary due to the expiration of the retention period or the achievement of the processing purpose, the Company destroys the relevant personal information without delay.
2. When the retention period of personal information agreed upon by the information subject has expired or the processing purpose has been achieved, but personal information must be retained in accordance with other laws and regulations, the relevant personal information is transferred to a separate database (DB) or stored in a different storage location.
3. The procedures and methods for destroying personal information are as follows.
- Destruction Procedure: The Company immediately destroys personal information for which a reason for destruction has occurred.
- Destruction Method: The Company destroys personal information recorded and stored in electronic file formats by using methods such as deleting DB data so that the records cannot be reproduced, and destroys personal information recorded and stored in paper documents by shredding or incineration.

Article 8 (Measures to ensure the safety of personal information)
